By accessing or using the products and services of Esha Labs LLP (“Esha Labs”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
Esha Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Esha Labs complies with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while using the services.
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and shall not share login details with others.
All intellectual property, including software, content, trademarks, and media, belongs exclusively to Esha Labs LLP.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services solely for their intended purposes.
Esha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services.
Total liability shall not exceed ₹15,000 or the fees paid by the user in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, whichever is lower.
Users may terminate their account by following the instructions provided on Esha Labs platforms.
Esha Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, India.
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain valid.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Esha Labs LLP.
All payments made for products and services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Beta services are provided for evaluation purposes and may be modified or discontinued at Esha Labs’ sole discretion without liability.
Users shall not use the services for spam, phishing, harassment, or illegal transmissions. Violations may result in immediate termination.
Esha Labs is not responsible for third-party applications integrated with the services. Use of such applications is subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Applicable taxes such as GST shall be charged additionally.
Hosting region is determined by IP-based location at signup. False location declarations may lead to account action.
Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
Users agree to indemnify Esha Labs LLP against claims arising from misuse of the services.
Courts of Udupi, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
